If the Dispute is not resolved by the operational team representatives of the Disputing Parties pursuant to Clause13.5.4, it will be escalated to the nominated representative within senior management of each Disputing Party for discussion and resolution as soon as reasonably possible and in any event within a further ten Business Days from such referral (" Second Tier Escalation Period").
