Escrow Deposit Amount definition

Escrow Deposit Amount has the meaning set forth in Section 3.3(a)(ii).

Escrow Deposit Amount means three percent (3%) of the Base Purchase Price.

• The Escrow Agent shall apply the Government Obligations, together with all income or earnings thereon, and together with the portion of the Escrow Deposit Amount remaining uninvested, in accordance with the Section 2.2 hereof.
