Each Active Participant and each Inactive Participant shall be deemed 100% vested in their Entitlement Amount.
Each Class Member’s share of the Net Settlement Fund shall be referred to as the “Entitlement Amount.” The Entitlement Amount is based on the quarterly values of each Class Member and the quarterly returns for both the WF TDF Fund vintage and the S&P TDF benchmark.

If the Active Participant or Inactive Participant does not have an investment election on file, then such individual shall be deemed to have directed payment of his or her Entitlement Amount to be invested in the Plan’s qualified default investment alternative, as defined in 29 C.F.R. §2550.404c-5.
