Escrow Deposit Fund definition

Escrow Deposit Fund has the meaning set forth in Section 1.5.
Escrow Deposit Fund means the fund so designated which is created and established by this Escrow Deposit Agreement.
Escrow Deposit Fund means the fund created pursuant to Section 2.01 of this Agreement and shall include the 2009 Advance Refunding Account and the 2010A Advance Refunding Account.

  • Closing Escrow Agreement means the Closing Escrow Agreement, dated as of the date hereof, between the Placement Agent, the Company and the Escrow Agent pursuant to which the Investors shall deposit their Investment Amounts with the Escrow Agent to be applied to the transactions contemplated hereunder, in the form of Exhibit B hereto.

  • Special deposit claim means a claim secured by a deposit made pursuant to statute for the security or benefit of a limited class or classes of persons, but not including a claim secured by general assets.
