Escrow Rate definition

Escrow Rate shall have the same meaning as Health and Safety Code section 104557(a)(2).
Escrow Rate means the average rate of investment return during the applicable period on the investment of the Escrow Funds by the Escrow Agent under the Escrow Agreement.
Escrow Rate means the blended interest rate on the escrow accounts in which compensation earned under the Investment Company Advisory Agreements with respect to the Funds is held pursuant to Rule 15a-4 under the Investment Company Act.

Thereafter, the rate shall be adjusted to the rate determined by the Receiver to be equal to the equivalent coupon issue yield on such Treasury Bills in effect as of the first day of each succeeding calendar quarter during which interest accrues as published in The Wall Street Journal.

  • Escrow Amount has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(c).

  • Initial Deposit Amount means the Issuing Entity’s deposit to the Reserve Account, on or before the Closing Date, of $[•].

  • Stripped Interest Rate For each Mortgage Loan, the excess, if any, of the Net Mortgage Rate for such Mortgage Loan over the Remittance Rate.

  • Professional Fee Escrow Account means an interest-bearing account funded by the Debtors with Cash on the Effective Date in an amount equal to the Professional Fee Amount.
