Escrow Redemption Price definition

Escrow Redemption Price means 100% of the gross proceeds received from the sale of the Securities, plus accrued and unpaid interest on the Securities from the date hereof to, but not including, the Escrow Redemption Date.
Escrow Redemption Price means an amount of cash equal to gross cash proceeds of the Securities plus interest accrued on the aggregate principal amount of the Securities from the Issue Date to, but excluding, the Escrow Redemption Date, calculated using a rate of 4.875% per annum.
