  • The specific roles of the voting members and non-voting observers will be set forth in the Establishment Decree and the MCA-Philippines Bylaws.

  • MCA-Philippines will be governed by a board of trustees (the “Board of Trustees”), which will consist of voting members representing those Government departments and civil society and private sector organizations set forth in the Establishment Decree and the MCA-Philippines Bylaws.
