Estate Agreement definition

Estate Agreement means an Agreement dated 1st March 1993 made between (1) RKL and (2) the Management Company
Estate Agreement means the acquisition agreement entered into by and between Estate and Tan, as attached as Schedule A hereto;

  • If the premises are not available for occupancy days after the first day of the lease term, Lessee may terminate the Real Estate Agreement.
