A Subject Property Owner who is not a Qualified Owner, and who acquires title to the Subject Property as the result of the death of the deceased Subject Property Owner, whether though joint tenancy, a will, the intestacy provisions of the Colorado probate code or other applicable law, or the provisions of an Estate Planning Entity.
The Subject Property Owner must receive approval from the Administrator prior to entering into or executing any transaction that conveys title to an interest in the Subject Property, including but not limited to transfer of title to an Estate Planning Entity.
