Disposition of Stock. A Participant shall notify the Administrator of any sale or other disposition of Common Stock acquired pursuant to an Option that was an incentive stock option if such sale or disposition occurs (i) within two years of the grant of an Option or (ii) within one year of the issuance of the Common Stock to the Participant. Such notice shall be in writing and directed to the Secretary of the Company.

Disposition of Stock. The Optionee agrees to notify the Company in writing, within 30 days of any disposition (whether by sale, exchange, gift or otherwise) of shares of Stock purchased under this Option, within two years from the date of the granting of the Option or within one year of the transfer of such shares of Stock to the Optionee.
Disposition of Stock. Prior to making a disposition (as defined in Section 425(c) of the Code) of any shares of Stock acquired pursuant to the exercise of this Option before the expiration of two years after the Date of Grant or before the expiration of one year after the date on which such shares of Stock were transferred to the Optionee pursuant to exercise of this Option, the Optionee shall send written notice to the Company of the proposed date of such disposition, the number of shares to be disposed of, the amount of proceeds to be received from such disposition and any other information relating to such disposition that the Company may reasonably request.
Disposition of Stock. If the Stock is held for at least one year, any gain realized on disposition of the Stock will be treated as long-term capital gain for federal income tax purposes.

Disposition of Stock. If Executive desires to sell in excess of One Hundred Thousand (100,000) shares of the common stock of the Company in a single transaction or in one or more related transactions at any time when the daily trading volume of the Company's stock is less than 20,000 shares, then prior to selling any such shares, Executive shall submit a written offer to the Company for the Company to acquire such shares at the market price of such shares on the date of such offer. The Company shall have five (5) calendar days in which to notify the Executive of its intent to exercise such right of first refusal and the closing of such sale shall occur within ten (10) calendar days of such notification. If the Company does not exercise such right of first refusal then the · Executive shall be free to sell such shares in the open market in accordance with all applicable laws.

The Committee shall have the right, in its sole discretion, to endorse the certificates representing the Option Shares with a legend restricting transfer and to cause a stop transfer order to be entered with the Company’s transfer agent until such time as the Company receives the amounts necessary to satisfy such withholding requirements or until the later of the expiration of two years from the Date of Grant or one year from the date on which such shares were transferred to the Optionee pursuant to the exercise of this Option.
