Estimated RMR Invoice definition

Estimated RMR Invoice is defined in Section 9.1(b).
Estimated RMR Invoice means the monthly invoice issued by the RMR Owner to the ISO for estimated RMR Payments or Refunds pursuant to the RMR Contract.
Estimated RMR Invoice means the monthly invoice issued by the Owner to the ISO for estimated RMR Charges or Rebates pursuant to Section 4.5(a) or 4.6 (a) (as appropriate) of the Conditions of Must RunMust-Run Contract.

  • Any amount agreed or determined to be owed by Owner to CAISO under this Section 9.6 (a) shall be refunded by Owner to CAISO with interest, by Owner’s inclusion of such refund (including interest) in a Prior Period Change Worksheet included with the next appropriate May or December Estimated RMR Invoice as specified in Sections 9.1(g) through 9.1(l) of this Agreement.

  • Estimated revenue means the amount of revenue estimated to be received from all sources during the budget year in each fund for which a budget is being prepared.

  • Invoice means a Contractor’s claim for payment. At the Agency’s discretion, claims may be submitted on an original invoice from the Contractor or may be submitted on a claim form acceptable to the Agency, such as a General Accounting Expenditure (GAX) form.

  • Proper Invoice means a written request for Payment that is submitted by a Contractor setting forth the description, price or cost, and quantity of goods, property or services delivered or rendered, in such form, and supported by such other substantiating documentation, as NYSERDA may reasonably require, including but not limited to any requirements set forth in Exhibits A or B to this Agreement; and addressed to NYSERDA’s Controller, marked “Attention: Accounts Payable,” at the Designated Payment Office.

  • Valid Invoice means an invoice containing the detailed information set out in clause C2 (Payment and VAT).

  • Closing Statement means the Closing Statement in the form on Annex A attached hereto.

  • Disputed Item has the meaning set forth in Section 1.3(c).

  • Invoice Date has the meaning set forth in Section 6.2.
