Ethics Hearing Subcommittee definition

Ethics Hearing Subcommittee means the subcommittee appointed by the PLSB to conduct evidentiary hearings under these rules. The Ethics Hearing Subcommittee is composed of six (6) members, at least two (2) of whom shall have served on the Ethics Subcommittee and three (3) of whom may be appointed by the PLSB based on educational experience. One (1) of the members shall be appointed to represent non-licensed teachers.

  • The PLSB staff shall provide written notice to the complainant when the State Board has issued its final written order on the recommendation of the Ethics Subcommittee or Ethics Hearing Subcommittee.

Related to Ethics Hearing Subcommittee

  • Hearing Committee means the committee appointed pursuant to this Plan to hear a request for an evidentiary hearing that has been properly filed and pursued by a practitioner.

  • Search Committee means the Search Committee set up by the Senate under section 15 (2);

  • District Evaluation Advisory Committee means a group created to oversee and guide the planning and implementation of the Board of Education's evaluation policies and procedures as set forth in N.J.A.C. 6A:10-2.3.

  • Appeal Committee means the appeal committee established by the Council in terms of section 12(3)(a);

  • Ethics Committee means an independent body established in a Member State in accordance with the law of that Member State and empowered to give opinions for the purposes of this Regulation, taking into account the views of laypersons, in particular patients or patients' organisations;

  • P&T committee means a committee of the hospital composed of physicians, pharmacists, and other health professionals that evaluates the clinical use of drugs within the hospital, develops policies for managing drug use and administration in the hospital, and manages the hospital drug formulary system. “Physician” means a person who is currently licensed in Iowa to practice medicine and surgery, osteopathic medicine and surgery, or osteopathy. A physician who executes a written protocol with an authorized pharmacist shall supervise the pharmacist’s activities involved in the overall management of patients receiving medications or disease management services under the protocol.   • Grievance Committee means the Grievance Committee of the Bar.

  • Oversight Committee means the committee established to monitor the overall implementation of this Administrative Agreement as outlined in section 7 (Oversight Committee) of this Administrative Agreement.

  • Supervisory Committee means an oversight committee elected at a general meeting;

  • Candidate Committee means a committee established by a candidate pursuant to N.J.S.A. 19:44A-9(a), for the purpose of receiving contributions and making expenditures.

  • Screening Committee means the State level Screening Committee constituted in terms of sub-rule (2) of rule 123 of these rules.

  • Development Committee has the meaning set forth in Article 3 of the Amended and Restated Research and Development Agreement.

  • Joint Committee means the Joint Committee established by Article 164(1) of the withdrawal agreement;

  • Research Committee shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.

  • Steering Committee shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.1.

  • Transition Committee shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.14.

  • OH&S Committee is referred to hereafter, read “body nominated to implement policy on site”.

  • Hearing Board means the shoreline hearings board established by this chapter.

  • Advisory Committee means the Employer's Advisory Committee as from time to time constituted.

  • Regulatory Oversight Committee means the committee of the Board constituted in accordance with Rule 204.

  • Management Committee means in the case of a Competition which is an unincorporated association, the management committee elected to manage the running of the Competition and where the Competition is incorporated it means the Board of Directors appointed in accordance with the articles of association of that company.

  • Subcommittee means a subcommittee designated by the Operating Committee pursuant to the CAT NMS Plan.

  • CSR Committee means the Corporate Social Responsibility Committee of the Board referred to in section 135 of the Act.

  • Credentials Committee means the committee established by the Medical Advisory Committee to review applications for appointment and reappointment to the Professional Staff and to make recommendations to the Medical Advisory Committee and if no such committee is established it shall mean the Medical Advisory Committee;

  • JRC has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2.

  • JSC has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1.
