Ethnic Minorities definition

Ethnic Minorities means social groups disadvantaged in the development process and with social and cultural identity distinct from those which constitute the predominant ethnic group in Vietnam.

Ethnic Minorities means those social groups in the Lao PDR that have a distinct social and cultural identity, and that are susceptible to being disadvantaged in the development process induced by the Project or any part thereof;
