Ethnic minority definition

Ethnic minority or "racial/ethnic groups" means, for the purposes of this chapter, any of the following general population groups:
Ethnic minority means a social group in Cambodia that has a social and cultural identity distinct from the dominant society, that is susceptible of being disadvantaged in the development process induced by the Project or any other part thereof;
Ethnic minority means those persons designated as ethnic minority by statistics
