ETP Class H Units definition

Examples of ETP Class H Units in a sentence

  • ETP owns an approximate 27% limited partner interest in SXL and receives 9.85% of the cash distributions related to the IDRs and general partner interest after accounting for the distributions ETP makes to ETE with respect to the ETP Class H Units described above.

  • The ETP Class H Units entitle ETE to receive 90.05% of the cash distributions related to the incentive distribution rights (“IDRs”) and general partner interest of SXL received by ETP.

  • As a result of ETE’s ownership of the ETP Class H Units and its interests in SXL, ETE is entitled to receive 90.15% of the cash distributions related to the IDRs and general partner interest of SXL.

Related to ETP Class H Units

  • Class B LP Units means, collectively, the Class B limited partnership units of the Partnership, and “Class B LP Unit” means any one of them.

  • Class A LP Units means the Class A limited partnership units of the Partnership.

  • Class B Units means the Class B Units of the Company.

  • Class B Interests As set forth in the Trust Agreement.

  • Class B Common Units has the meaning set forth in Section 1(a) hereof.

  • Class C Units means the Class C Units of the Company.

  • Preferred Units means the Series A Preferred Units and the Series B Preferred Units.

  • Class C Shares means the shares of Class C common stock of the Company.

  • Class A Common Units means the Company's Class A Common Units.

  • Class H designation on the face thereof, substantially in the form of Exhibit A-4 attached hereto, and evidencing a portion of a class of "regular interests" in REMIC III for purposes of the REMIC Provisions.

The term “Class C Unit” does not refer to a Common Unit until such Class C Unit has converted into a Common Unit pursuant to the terms hereof.

  • Class B Common Unit means one of that certain class of Common Units with those special rights and obligations specified in this Agreement as being appurtenant to a “Class B Common Unit”.

  • LTIP Units means a Partnership Unit which is designated as an LTIP Unit and which has the rights, preferences and other privileges designated in Section 4.6 and elsewhere in this Agreement in respect of holders of LTIP Units. The allocation of LTIP Units among the Partners shall be set forth in the Partner Registry, as it may be amended or restated from time to time.

  • Class B Warrants means the Common Stock purchase warrants delivered to the Purchasers at the Closing in accordance with Section 2.2(a) hereof, which Warrants shall be exercisable immediately and have a term of exercise equal to 5 years, in the form of Exhibit C attached hereto.

  • Core Units means such Units of the Trust that are issued to Core Investors with the condition that these are not redeemable for a period of two years from the close of the First Offer Period. Such Units are transferable with this condition, but otherwise shall rank pari passu with all other Units, save for this restriction. Any transfer of the Core Units, during the first two years of their issue as mentioned herein, shall be affected only on the receipt by the Registrar of a written acceptance of this condition by the transferee.

  • Company Class B Common Stock means the Class B common stock, par value $0.01 per share, of the Company.

  • Class C Class D," "Class E," "Class F," "Class G," "Class H," "Class J," "Class K," "Class L," "Class M," "Class N," "Class O," "Class P," "Class R-I," "Class R-II" and "Class R-III" respectively, on the face thereof, in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibits.

  • OP Units means units of limited partnership interest in the Operating Partnership.
