BRRD Party means any Underwriter subject to Bail-in Powers.
Third Party Vendor means any person or entity that provides SaaS, third party software and/or related intellectual property. “Work” means any additional work the Customer requests Singtel to perform in relation to the Service.
Third Party Data has the meaning set forth in Section 9.3(a).
Sublicensee means a third party to whom LICENSEE grants a sublicense of certain rights granted to LICENSEE under this Agreement.
Novartis shall have the meaning set forth in the Preamble.
Third Party Agent means any provider of services to the Client (other than the Custodian, a Subcustodian or Delegate under this Agreement) including any Investment Manager, adviser or sub-advisor, distributor, broker, dealer, transfer agent, administrator, accounting agent, audit firm, tax firm, or law firm.
Merck has the meaning set forth in the preamble.
GSK has the meaning set forth in the preamble.
Collaboration Product means a pharmaceutical product containing or comprising Compound in any dosage form alone, or in combination with, one or more other pharmaceutically active ingredients, and any and all Improvements thereto.
Covered Product The consumer product that You purchased concurrently with and is covered by this Agreement.
Sublicensees as used herein in either singular or plural shall mean any person or entity other than an AFFILIATED COMPANY to which Company has granted a sublicense under this Agreement.
Third Party Product means a product (whether hardware, software or services) supplied to you by a third party;
BMS means the Company, all related companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, parents, successors, assigns and all organizations acquired by the foregoing.
Programme Party means a party to a Programme Document (other than the Issuer and ETP Securityholders).
Collaborator An individual who is not under the direct supervision of the PI (e.g., not a member of the PI’s laboratory) who assists with the PI’s research project involving controlled-access data subject to the NIH GDS Policy. Internal collaborators are employees of the Requester and work at the same location/campus as the PI. External collaborators are not employees of the Requester and/or do not work at the same location as the PI, and consequently must be independently approved to access controlled-access data subject to the NIH GDS Policy.
Third Party Licensor means the relevant licensor of any Third Party Data or any Third Party Trade Xxxx;
Collaboration Compound means any of the following: (a) FG-4592, (b) any HIF Compound (other than FG-4592) that is added to this Agreement pursuant to Section 3.6, and (c) any salts, esters, complexes, chelates, crystalline and amorphous morphic forms, pegylated forms, enantiomers (excluding regioisomers), prodrugs, solvates, metabolites and catabolites of any of the foregoing ((a) or (b)).
Licensed person means an individual who is licensed or otherwise legally authorized to practice a professional service by a court, department, board, commission, or an agency of this state or another jurisdiction, any corporation or professional services corporation all of whose shareholders are licensed persons, any partnership all of whose partners are licensed persons, or any limited liability company all of whose members and managers are licensed persons.
Elan means Elan Corp and its Affiliates.
Unlicensed person means any person who is not a licensed dealer under this chapter.
Covered Products means Your Applications, Libraries, Passes, Safari Extensions, Safari Push Notifications, and/or FPS implementations developed under this Agreement.
Contracting Party shall have the meaning designated in the preamble to Section 5.2 hereof.
Collaboration Technology means all Collaboration Patents and Collaboration Know-How.
Licensed Compound means [***].
Pfizer shall have the meaning set forth in the preamble.
Hemp product means the same as that term is defined in § 3.2-4112.
