EUR Notes means the EUR denominated variable loan notes issued by the Issuer and subscribed for by the Lenders under the Variable Funding Agreement, issued in registered form substantially in the form set out in Schedule 1 to the Variable Funding Agreement with the Conditions set out in Schedule 2 of the Variable Funding Agreement, each such note being a EUR NOTE; EUR POST-ENFORCEMENT PRIORITY OF PAYMENTS means the order of priority of payments set out in Clause 8.2 of the Master Purchaser Deed of Charge and reference to a particular item of the EUR Post-Enforcement Priority of Payments is to the corresponding paragraph of Clause 8.2 of the Master Purchaser Deed of Charge; EUR PRE-ENFORCEMENT PRIORITY OF PAYMENTS means the order of priority of payments set out in Clause 7.3 of the Master Purchaser Deed of Charge and reference to a particular item of the EUR Pre-Enforcement Priority of Payments is to the corresponding paragraph of Clause 7.3 of the Master Purchaser Deed of Charge;

  • 2028 Notes means those 6.500% Senior Notes due 2028 issued by the Borrower in an aggregate principal amount of $400,000,000 pursuant to the 2028 Notes Documents.
