On each EURIBOR Determination Date, the Interest Determination Agent determines the applicable EURIBOR for the Interest Period following such EURIBOR Determination Date and communicates such rate to the Cash Administrator.
In each case, such notification shall be made by the Principal Paying Agent on the EURIBOR Determination Date preceding the relevant Payment Date.
If at least two such quotations are provided, the rate for that EURIBOR Determination Date shall be the arithmetic mean of the quotations.
