Relevant Interest Period definition

Relevant Interest Period has the meaning given to it in Section 4.3 of the Servicing Agreement;

More Definitions of Relevant Interest Period

Relevant Interest Period. The Rate of Interest and the Interest Amount as determined and calculated by the Agent Bank shall, in the absence of manifest error, be final and binding.
