The amount of interest that may be deferred by the Issuer will not exceed fifty percent (50%) of the total amount of interest payable in respect of the Relevant Interest Period.
If, in respect of an Interest Period (the “Relevant Interest Period”), there is more than one Rating Change, the Revised Rate of Interest which will apply for the succeeding Interest Period will be the Revised Rate of Interest resulting from the last Rating Change in the Relevant Interest Period.
