Euro Principal Proceeds definition

Euro Principal Proceeds means, with respect to any Due Period, the sum (without duplication) of:
Euro Principal Proceeds means Principal Proceeds denominated in Euro.
Euro Principal Proceeds means Principal Proceeds denominated in Euro and Principal Proceeds from Unhedged Collateral Debt Securities converted into euro at the Spot Rate promptly upon receipt thereof.

Euro Principal Proceeds means all amounts paid or payable into the Euro Principal Account from time to time and with respect to any Payment Date, all amounts received by or on behalf of the Issuer during the related Due Period and any other amounts specifically identified as Euro Principal Proceeds under the Transaction Documents and paid into the Payment Account on prior to such Payment Date.

  • Principal Proceeds means, with respect to any Collection Period or the related Determination Date, all amounts received by the Borrower during such Collection Period that do not constitute Interest Proceeds, including unapplied proceeds of the Advances and any Cash equity contributions (unless specified by the Collateral Manager to constitute Interest Proceeds in accordance with Section 10.05).
