Euro Sublimit definition

Euro Sublimit means $125,000,000. The Euro Sublimit is part of, and not in addition to, the Aggregate Revolving Commitments.

Euro Sublimit means the Dollar Equivalent of euros equal to $25,000,000.

Euro Sublimit means $250,000,000, as such amount may be increased from time to time pursuant to Section 2.20.

Examples of Euro Sublimit in a sentence

• In addition to the foregoing, the Dollar Equivalent of the sum of the aggregate principal amount of Revolving Loans borrowed in Euros at any time outstanding shall not exceed the Euro Sublimit.

• The amount of any such Revolving Credit Commitment reduction shall not be applied to the Letter of Credit Sublimit, the Swing Line Sublimit, the Euro Sublimit or Sterling Sublimit unless otherwise specified by the Borrower.
