Euroclear Confirmation shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.02(a) hereof.

Euroclear Confirmation means a confirmation from Euroclear that the shares in the capital of New Oak can be included in the giro deposit system (girodepot) within the meaning of Article 8(a) of the Giro Securities Act (Wet giraal effectenverkeer).

  • Authorised Participant Agreement means, in respect of an Authorised Participant, the authorised participant agreement (as amended, supplemented, novated and/or replaced from time to time) entered into by the Issuer and such Authorised Participant.

  • Dispatch Instruction has the meaning set forth in the CAISO Tariff.

  • DTC means The Depository Trust Company.

  • Depository The Depository Trust Company, or any successor Depository hereafter named. The nominee of the initial Depository for purposes of registering those Certificates that are to be Book-Entry Certificates is Cede & Co.   • Account Bank Agreement means the account bank agreement dated 15 August 2018 between the Issuer, the Trustee and The Bank of New York Mellon, London branch as the same may be amended, restated, amended and restated, novated, varied, supplemented, substituted, assigned, extended or otherwise replaced or redesignated from time to time;

  • Authorized Instructions shall have the meaning set forth in Section 1.5.
