Eurocurrency Payment Office definition

Eurocurrency Payment Office of the Administrative Agent shall mean, for each Foreign Currency, the office, branch, affiliate or correspondent bank of the Administrative Agent for such currency as specified from time to time by the Administrative Agent to the Company and each Lender.

Eurocurrency Payment Office of the Global Administrative Agent shall mean, for each of the Agreed Currencies, the office, branch or affiliate of the Global Administrative Agent, as it may from time to time specify to Harley and each Syndicated Global Lender as its Eurocurrency Payment Office.
