Eurocurrency Tranche definition

Eurocurrency Tranche the collective reference to Eurocurrency Loans under a particular Facility the then current Interest Periods with respect to all of which begin on the same date and end on the same later date (whether or not such Loans shall originally have been made on the same day).
Eurocurrency Tranche means the collective reference to Eurocurrency Loans under a particular Facility and denominated in the same Currency, the then current Interest Periods with respect to all of which begin on the same date and end on the same later date (whether or not such Loans shall originally have been made on the same day) (it being understood that any such group of Eurocurrency Loans that constitutes one Eurocurrency Tranche pursuant to the foregoing shall be amalgamated and deemed to be one Eurocurrency Loan for all purposes of this Agreement).
Eurocurrency Tranche has the meaning specified in Section 2.12 (Illegality).

Examples of Eurocurrency Tranche in a sentence

  • The Eurocurrency Rate applicable to any Eurocurrency Loan borrowed pursuant to the preceding sentence shall equal the Eurocurrency Rate then applicable to the Eurocurrency Loans of the other Lenders in the same Eurocurrency Tranche (or, until the expiration of the then-current Interest Period, such other rate as shall be agreed upon between the Parent Borrower and the relevant Lender).

  • The Eurocurrency Base Rate applicable to any Eurocurrency Loan borrowed pursuant to the preceding sentence shall equal the Eurocurrency Base Rate then applicable to the Eurocurrency Loans of the other Lenders in the same Eurocurrency Tranche (or, until the expiration of the then-current Interest Period, such other rate as shall be agreed upon between the Borrower and the relevant Lender).

  • All borrowings, conversions and continuations of Loans hereunder and all selections of Interest Periods hereunder shall be in such amounts and be made pursuant to such elections so that, after giving effect thereto, the aggregate principal amount of the Loans comprising each Eurocurrency Tranche shall be in a minimum Equivalent Amount of $1,000,000 and so that there shall not be more than 12 Eurocurrency Tranches at any one time outstanding.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, any prepayment of Eurocurrency Tranche B Term Loans made pursuant to Section 2.11(a) on a date that is (x) the last day of an Interest Period and (y) no more than five days prior to a scheduled amortization payment pursuant this Section shall be applied, first, to reduce such scheduled payment, and any excess shall be applied as required by the first sentence of this Section 2.10(d).

  • Any amounts remaining after each such application shall, at the option of the applicable Borrower, be applied to prepay Eurocurrency Tranche B Term Loans or Eurocurrency Revolving Loans, as the case may be, immediately and/or shall be deposited in the Prepayment Account (as defined below).

  • Eurodollar Revolving Loan means any Revolving Loan bearing interest at a rate determined by reference to the Adjusted LIBOR Rate in accordance with the provisions of Article II.

  • Eurocurrency Borrowing means a Borrowing comprised of Eurocurrency Loans.

  • Eurocurrency Reserve Percentage means, for any day during any Interest Period, the reserve percentage (expressed as a decimal, carried out to five decimal places) in effect on such day, whether or not applicable to any Lender, under regulations issued from time to time by the FRB for determining the maximum reserve requirement (including any emergency, supplemental or other marginal reserve requirements) with respect to Eurocurrency funding (currently referred to as “Eurocurrency liabilities”). The Eurocurrency Rate for each outstanding Eurocurrency Rate Loan shall be adjusted automatically as of the effective date of any change in the Eurocurrency Reserve Percentage.

  • Base Rate Borrowing means a Borrowing comprised of Base Rate Loans.

  • Eurocurrency Advance means an Advance which, except as otherwise provided in Section 2.12, bears interest at the applicable Eurocurrency Rate.
