Examples of Eurocurrency Tranche in a sentence
The Eurocurrency Rate applicable to any Eurocurrency Loan borrowed pursuant to the preceding sentence shall equal the Eurocurrency Rate then applicable to the Eurocurrency Loans of the other Lenders in the same Eurocurrency Tranche (or, until the expiration of the then-current Interest Period, such other rate as shall be agreed upon between the Parent Borrower and the relevant Lender).
The Eurocurrency Rate applicable to any Eurocurrency Loan borrowed pursuant to the preceding sentence shall equal the Eurocurrency Rate then applicable to the Eurocurrency Loans of the other Revolving Credit Lenders in the same Eurocurrency Tranche (or, until the expiration of the then-current Interest Period, such other rate as shall be agreed upon between the Parent Borrower and the relevant Revolving Credit Lender).
Notwithstanding the foregoing, any prepayment of Eurocurrency Tranche B Term Loans made pursuant to Section 2.11(a) on a date that is (x) the last day of an Interest Period and (y) no more than five days prior to a scheduled amortization payment pursuant this Section shall be applied, first, to reduce such scheduled payment, and any excess shall be applied as required by the first sentence of this Section 2.10(d).
All borrowings, conversions and continuations of Loans hereunder and all selections of Interest Periods hereunder shall be in such amounts and be made pursuant to such elections so that, after giving effect thereto, the aggregate principal amount of the Loans comprising each Eurocurrency Tranche shall be in a minimum Equivalent Amount of $1,000,000 and so that there shall not be more than 12 Eurocurrency Tranches at any one time outstanding.
The Eurocurrency Base Rate applicable to any Eurocurrency Loan borrowed pursuant to the preceding sentence shall equal the Eurocurrency Base Rate then applicable to the Eurocurrency Loans of the other Lenders in the same Eurocurrency Tranche (or, until the expiration of the then-current Interest Period, such other rate as shall be agreed upon between the Borrower and the relevant Lender).
