Eurodollar Competitive Borrowing definition

Eurodollar Competitive Borrowing means a Borrowing comprised of Eurodollar Competitive Loans.
Eurodollar Competitive Borrowing any borrowing by the Borrower of Eurodollar Competitive Loans pursuant to the terms of this Agreement.

  • Each Competitive Bid by a Lender must be in a form approved by the Administrative Agent and must be received by the Administrative Agent by telecopy, in the case of a Eurodollar Competitive Borrowing, not later than 9:30 a.m., New York City time, three Business Days before the proposed date of such Competitive Borrowing, and in the case of a Fixed Rate Borrowing, not later than 9:30 a.m., New York City time, on the proposed date of such Competitive Borrowing.

  • Each Competitive Bid by a Lender must be received by the Agent via telecopier, in the form of Exhibit A-3 hereto, (i) in the case of a Eurodollar Competitive Borrowing, not later than 9:30 a.m., New York City time, three Business Days before a proposed Competitive Borrowing and (ii) in the case of a Fixed Rate Borrowing, not later than 9:30 a.m., New York City time, on the day of a proposed Competitive Borrowing.

  • Competitive Borrowing means a Borrowing consisting of a Competitive Loan or concurrent Competitive Loans from the Lender or Lenders whose Competitive Bids for such Borrowing have been accepted under the bidding procedure described in Section 2.03.

  • Eurodollar Competitive Loan means any Competitive Loan bearing interest at a rate determined by reference to the LIBO Rate in accordance with the provisions of Article II.

  • Eurodollar Revolving Borrowing means a Borrowing comprised of Eurodollar Revolving Loans.

  • Competitive Bid Borrowing means a borrowing consisting of simultaneous Competitive Bid Advances from each of the Lenders whose offer to make one or more Competitive Bid Advances as part of such borrowing has been accepted under the competitive bidding procedure described in Section 2.03.

  • Eurodollar Rate Borrowing means a Borrowing comprised of Eurodollar Rate Loans.

  • LIBOR Borrowing means a Borrowing comprised of LIBOR Loans.

  • Base Rate Borrowing means a Borrowing comprised of Base Rate Loans.

  • RFR Borrowing means, as to any Borrowing, the RFR Loans comprising such Borrowing.

  • Revolving Credit Borrowing Request means a request made pursuant to Section 2.4 in the form of Exhibit B-4.

  • Notice of Competitive Bid Borrowing has the meaning specified in Section 2.03(a).

  • Bid Borrowing means a borrowing consisting of simultaneous Bid Loans of the same Type from each of the Lenders whose offer to make one or more Bid Loans as part of such borrowing has been accepted under the auction bidding procedures described in Section 2.03.

  • Borrowing means Loans of the same Type, made, converted or continued on the same date and, in the case of Eurodollar Loans, as to which a single Interest Period is in effect.

  • Fixed Rate Borrowing means a Borrowing comprised of Fixed Rate Loans.

  • Eurocurrency Revolving Facility Borrowing means a Borrowing comprised of Eurocurrency Revolving Loans.

  • Eurodollar Term Loan means any Term Loan bearing interest at a rate determined by reference to the Adjusted LIBO Rate in accordance with the provisions of Article II.

  • Eurodollar Rate Committed Loan means a Committed Loan that bears interest at a rate based on the Eurodollar Rate.

  • Eurocurrency Rate Advance means a Revolving Credit Advance denominated in Dollars or a Committed Currency that bears interest as provided in Section 2.07(a)(ii).

  • Eurocurrency Term Loan means any Term Loan bearing interest at a rate determined by reference to the Adjusted LIBO Rate in accordance with the provisions of Article II.

  • Eurodollar Advance means an Advance which, except as otherwise provided in Section 2.11, bears interest at the applicable Eurodollar Rate.

  • LIBO Rate Advance means a Pro Rata Advance that bears interest as provided in Section 2.04(a)(ii).

  • Notice of Revolving Credit Borrowing has the meaning specified in Section 2.02(a).

  • Committed Borrowing means a borrowing consisting of simultaneous Committed Loans of the same Type and, in the case of Eurodollar Rate Loans, having the same Interest Period made by each of the Lenders pursuant to Section 2.01.

  • Eurocurrency Borrowing means a Borrowing comprised of Eurocurrency Loans.

  • Competitive Bid Advance means an advance by a Lender to the Borrower as part of a Competitive Bid Borrowing resulting from the competitive bidding procedure described in Section 2.03 and refers to a Fixed Rate Advance or a LIBO Rate Advance.

  • LIBO Rate Advances means a Competitive Bid Advance denominated in Dollars or in any Foreign Currency and bearing interest based on the LIBO Rate.
