Eurodollar Tranche definition

Eurodollar Tranche the collective reference to Eurodollar Loans the then current Interest Periods with respect to all of which begin on the same date and end on the same later date (whether or not such Loans shall originally have been made on the same day).

Eurodollar Tranche means any portion of the Series 2019-1 Class A-1 Outstanding Principal Amount funded or maintained with Eurodollar Advances.

• Such notice shall specify (i) the applicable Business Day, (ii) the Eurodollar Period for each Eurodollar Tranche to which a portion of the Available APA Bank Funding Amount with respect to such Purchaser Group is to be allocated and (iii) the portion of such Available APA Bank Funding Amount being allocated to each such Eurodollar Tranche.

• The Eurodollar Base Rate applicable to any Eurodollar Loan borrowed pursuant to the preceding sentence shall equal the Eurodollar Base Rate then applicable to the Eurodollar Loans of the other Lenders in the same Eurodollar Tranche (or, until the expiration of the then-current Interest Period, such other rate as shall be agreed upon between the Borrower and the relevant Lender).
