European Central Bank Base Rate definition

European Central Bank Base Rate means, a fluctuating rate per annum, for any day, equal to the rate as set and published by the European Central Bank known as the ECB Marginal Lending Facility Rate (or any successor rate).

  • Website of the European Central Bank means the website of the European Central Bank currently at http://www.ecb.europa.eu or any successor website officially designated by the European Central Bank.

  • Central Bank means the Central Bank of Ireland;

  • Central Bank Rules means the UCITS Regulations, Central Bank Regulations and any regulations, guidance and conditions issued by the Central Bank from time to time pursuant to the UCITS Regulations, the Central Bank Regulations and/or the Central Bank Act regarding the regulation of undertakings for collective investment in transferable securities, as such may be amended, supplemented or replaced from time to time;

  • Central Bank Rate Spread means, with respect to any RFR Banking Day, the difference (expressed as a percentage rate per annum) (calculated by the Administrative Agent) between: (i) XXXXX for that RFR Banking Day; and (ii) the Central Bank Rate prevailing at the close of business on that RFR Banking Day.

  • Central Bank Regulations means the Central Bank (Supervision and Enforcement) Act 2013

  • Central Bank UCITS Regulations means the Central Bank (Supervision and Enforcement)

  • Bank Bill Rate ’, for an Interest Period, means the average mid rate for Bills having a tenor closest to the Interest Period as displayed on the ‘‘BBSW’’ page of the Reuters Monitor System on the first day of that Interest Period as determined by the Calculation Agent.

  • LIBOR Banking Day has the meaning set forth in Section 2.10(b)(1).

  • Central Bank Rate Adjustment has the meaning given to that term in the Reference Rate Terms.

  • Relevant Banking Day means a day on which commercial banks are open for business (including dealings in foreign exchange and foreign currency deposits) in the place where the specified office of the Registrar is located and, in the case only of an exchange of a Bearer Note for a Registered Note where such request for exchange is made to the Principal Paying Agent, in the place where the specified office of the Principal Paying Agent is located;

  • Municipal Finance Management Act means the Local Government: Municipal Finance Management Act, 2003 (Act No. 56 of 2003);

  • Index Currency means USD.

  • London Banking Day means any day on which dealings in Dollar deposits are conducted by and between banks in the London interbank eurodollar market.

  • European Community means the territory comprised by the Member States of the European Community as constituted from time to time;

  • Local Banking Day means a day (other than a Saturday or Sunday) on which commercial banks are open for general business (including dealings in foreign exchange and foreign currency deposits) in the place of presentation of the relevant Covered Bond or, as the case may be, Coupon; and

  • Major European Country means any of France, Germany, Italy, Spain or the United Kingdom.

  • Relevant Rate means the Benchmark for a Representative Amount of the Specified Currency for a period (if applicable or appropriate to the Benchmark) equal to the Specified Duration commencing on the Effective Date.

  • Reference Rate means the rate specified as such hereon.

  • RFR Banking Day means any day specified as such in the Reference Rate Terms.

  • European Monetary System means the European Monetary System established by the Resolution of December 5, 1978 of the Council of the European Communities.

  • Designated LIBOR Currency means the currency specified on the face hereof as to which LIBOR shall be calculated or, if no such currency is specified on the face hereof, United States dollars.

  • European Clearing Systems means, collectively, Clearstream, Luxembourg and Euroclear.

  • Agreed Foreign Currency means, at any time, any of English Pounds Sterling, euro and, with the agreement of each Lender, any other Foreign Currency, so long as, in respect of any such specified Currency or other Foreign Currency, at such time (a) such Currency is dealt with in the London interbank deposit market, (b) such Currency is freely transferable and convertible into Dollars in the London foreign exchange market and (c) no central bank or other governmental authorization in the country of issue of such Currency (including, in the case of the euro, any authorization by the European Central Bank) is required to permit use of such Currency by any Lender for making any Loan hereunder and/or to permit the Borrower to borrow and repay the principal thereof and to pay the interest thereon, unless such authorization has been obtained and is in full force and effect.

  • Eurodollar Banking Day means any Banking Day on which dealings in Dollar deposits are conducted by and among banks in the Designated Eurodollar Market.

  • Banking Day Financial Centre means the Banking Day Financial Centre as specified in § 1 of the Product and Underlying Data.
