European Sublimit definition

European Sublimit means, at all times prior to the termination of the European Sublimit in accordance with Section 2.09, an amount equal to the Facility B Commitments then in effect.
European Sublimit means, $100,000,000, as such sublimit may be reduced or terminated in accordance with Section 2.09.

Examples of European Sublimit in a sentence

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, the termination of the European Sublimit without a corresponding termination of the Commitments shall have no effect on the availability to the Company of the Facility B Commitments.
