EV Supply Infrastructure definition

EV Supply Infrastructure means service panels, conduit, and wiring from the service connection to the charger stub. EV Supply Infrastructure does not include the line extension necessary to connect Xcel Energy’s distribution system to the service connection and does not include the Charging Equipment.
EV Supply Infrastructure or “EVSI” means the infrastructure from the meter, but not including the meter, to the EVSE, which may include an electrical panel, cable, conduit, and resiliency infrastructure necessary to deliver power to the EVSE.

  • Customer will also meet regularly with Xcel Energy to review and coordinate time schedules and track EV Supply Infrastructure and Charging Equipment installation status.

  • Customer further acknowledges that the line extension necessary for Xcel Energy to install the EV Supply Infrastructure and Customer’s financial obligations in connection with the line extension are subject to Xcel Energy’s Distribution Extension Policy as set forth in Xcel Energy’s Colorado electric tariff.

  • PG&E shall at all times have the right to enter and leave the Site Host’s Premises for any purpose connected with the furnishing of electric service to the EV Supply Infrastructure and EV Service Connection (meter reading, inspection, testing, routine repairs, replacement, maintenance, vegetation management, emergency work, etc.) and the exercise of any andall rights secured to it by law, or under PG&E's applicable tariff schedules.

  • Site Host has a duty to promptly notify PG&E when Site Host becomes aware of any unsafe, inoperable or damaged EV Service Connection or EV Supply Infrastructure equipment.

  • Xcel Energy will also meet regularly with Customer staff to review and coordinate time schedules and track EV Supply Infrastructure and Charging Equipment installation status.

  • PG&E has no further obligations with respect to the abandoned Service Connection and EV Supply Infrastructure.

  • If Xcel Energy terminates this Agreement pursuant to this Section 5.1 for a reason other than Customer’s material breach of Customer’s obligations under this Agreement, Xcel Energy shall transfer title of the EV Supply Infrastructure to Customer, without any payment from Customer, including the Buy Out Amount, and the EV Supply Infrastructure will be deemed abandoned in place in “AS IS” condition, without any warranty (express or implied) by Xcel Energy.

  • Prior to Xcel Energy commencing construction of the EV Supply Infrastructure, Customer must approve the Construction Drawings.

  • An easement may be required to install and maintain the EV Service Connection and EV Supply Infrastructure.

  • energy infrastructure means any physical equipment or facility which is located within the Union or linking the Union to one or more third countries and falling under the following categories:

  • Green infrastructure means a stormwater management measure that manages stormwater close to its source by:

  • Critical Energy Infrastructure Information means all information, whether furnished before or after the mutual execution of this Agreement, whether oral, written or recorded/electronic, and regardless of the manner in which it is furnished, that is marked “CEII” or “Critical Energy Infrastructure Information” or which under all of the circumstances should be treated as such in accordance with the definition of CEII in 18 C.F.R. § 388.13(c)(1). The Receiving Party shall maintain all CEII in a secure place. The Receiving Party shall treat CEII received under this agreement in accordance with its own procedures for protecting CEII and shall not disclose CEII to anyone except its Authorized Representatives.

  • Infrastructure improvement means permanent infrastructure that is essential for the public health and safety or that:

  • Infrastructure project means any activity related to the construction, alteration, maintenance, or repair of infrastructure in the United States regardless of whether infrastructure is the primary purpose of the project. See also paragraphs (c) and (d) of 2 C.F.R. 184.4.

  • Critical infrastructure means existing and proposed systems and assets, whether physical or virtual, the incapacity or destruction of which would negatively affect security, economic security, public health or safety, or any combination of those matters.++

  • Water supply system means a water distribution system, piping, connection fittings, valves and appurtenances within a building, structure, or premises. Water supply systems are also referred to commonly as premise plumbing systems.

  • Infrastructure means infrastructure serving the County and improved or unimproved real estate and personal property, including machinery and equipment, used in the operation of the Project, within the meaning of Section 4-29-68 of the Code.

  • Infrastructure facility means a building; structure; or networks of buildings, structures, pipes, controls, and equipment, or portion thereof, that provide transportation, utilities, public education, or public safety services. Included are government office buildings; public schools; courthouses; jails; prisons; water treatment plants, distribution systems, and pumping stations; wastewater treatment plants, collection systems, and pumping stations; solid waste disposal plants, incinerators, landfills, and related facilities; public roads and streets; highways; public parking facilities; public transportation systems, terminals, and rolling stock; rail, air, and water port structures, terminals, and equipment.

  • Infrastructure Improvements means a street, road, sidewalk, parking facility, pedestrian mall, alley, bridge, sewer, sewage treatment plant, property designed to reduce, eliminate, or prevent the spread of identified soil or groundwater contamination, drainage system, waterway, waterline, water storage facility, rail line, utility line or pipeline, transit-oriented development, transit-oriented property, or other similar or related structure or improvement, together with necessary easements for the structure or improvement, owned or used by a public agency or functionally connected to similar or supporting property owned or used by a public agency, or designed and dedicated to use by, for the benefit of, or for the protection of the health, welfare, or safety of the public generally, whether or not used by a single business entity, provided that any road, street, or bridge shall be continuously open to public access and that other property shall be located in public easements or rights-of-way and sized to accommodate reasonably foreseeable development of eligible property in adjoining areas. Infrastructure improvements also include 1 or more of the following whether publicly or privately owned or operated or located on public or private property:

  • Clean coal technology demonstration project means a project using funds appropriated under the heading “Department of Energy—Clean Coal Technology,” up to a total amount of $2,500,000,000 for commercial demonstration of clean coal technology, or similar projects funded through appropriations for the Environmental Protection Agency. The federal contribution for a qualifying project shall be at least 20 percent of the total cost of the demonstration project.

  • Auxiliary Water Supply means any water supply on or available to the premises other than the water purveyor's approved public water supply such as, but not limited to, a private well, pond or river.

  • Wireless infrastructure provider means any person, including a person authorized to provide telecommunications service in the state, that builds or installs transmission equipment, wireless facilities, or wireless support structures, but that is not a wireless services provider.

  • Generation Interconnection Feasibility Study means a study conducted by the Transmission Provider (in coordination with the affected Transmission Owner(s)) in accordance with Tariff, Part IV, section 36.

  • Generation Interconnection Agreement means the large generator interconnection agreement to be entered into separately between Seller and Interconnection Provider concerning the Interconnection Facilities.

  • Public water supply system means a system for the provision to the public of piped water for human consumption, if the system has at least fifteen service connections or regularly serves at least twenty-five individuals. The term includes any source of water and any collection, treatment, storage, and distribution facilities under control of the operator of the system and used primarily in connection with the system, and any collection or pretreatment storage facilities not under such control which are used primarily in connection with the system.

  • Manufacturing Facilities means facilities engaged in the mechanical or chemical transformation of materials or substances into new products and shall include:

  • Water Infrastructure Charge means such a charge as is described in section 146(2)(a) of the Water Industry Act 1991;

  • Beam monitoring system means a system designed and installed in the radiation head to detect and measure the radiation present in the useful beam.

  • Generation Interconnection Facilities Study means a Facilities Study related to a Generation Interconnection Request.

  • Airport Ground Support Equipment means vehicles and equipment used at an airport to service aircraft between flights.

  • public service infrastructure means publicly controlled infrastructure of the following kinds:

  • IT Infrastructure means software and all computers and related equipment, including, as applicable, central processing units and other processors, controllers, modems, servers, communications and telecommunications equipment and other hardware and peripherals.

  • Payment Infrastructure Provider means a third party that forms part of the global payment system infrastructure, including without limitation communications, clearing or payment systems, intermediary banks and correspondent banks.

  • Energy efficiency improvement means equipment, devices, or materials intended to decrease energy consumption, including, but not limited to, all of the following:

  • Broadband infrastructure means the physical infrastructure used for the transmission of data that provides broadband services. “Broadband infrastructure” does not include land, buildings, structures, improvements, or equipment not directly used in the transmission of data via broadband.
