Charging Equipment. All EV charging station equipment must be a minimum of Level 2, include a manufacturer’s warranty of at least one (1) year, and be UL listed (certified by UL LLC). EV charging units shall not qualify for a Program Rebate if they are resale units, leased, rebuilt, rented, received from warranty insurance claims, won as a prize, or contain new parts

Charging Equipment. A. The Association approves the installation of the Charging Equipment consistent with the Plans ("Installation"). B. In performing the Installation, Owner shall comply with all relevant building codes and safety standards to maintain the safety of all users of the Common Areas. C. Owner shall obtain all permits required by Montgomery County, Maryland related to the installation. D. Owner shall comply with the Association's governing documents for the installation of Charging Equipment. E. Owner shall engage a licensed electrician to perform the Installation. F. Owner shall pay for the electric usage associated with the separately metered Charging Equipment. G. Prior to the commencement of the Installation, Owner will provide the Association with a certificate of insurance, naming the Association as an additional insured. H. Owner and any successive owner of the Charging Equipment shall also be responsible for: i. Installation costs of Charging Equipment. ii. Cost for damage to the Charging Equipment and/or Common Areas resulting from the installation, maintenance, repair, removal or replacement of the Charging Equipment. iii. Costs for the maintenance, repair and replacement of the Charging Equipment up until the Charging Equipment is removed. iv. If the Owner decides to remove the Charging Equipment, the costs for the removal and for the restoration of his/her Lot and/or the Common Areas after removal.
Charging Equipment. Also known as electric vehicle charging stations. Charging stations may contain one or more charging ports for the purpose of connecting the electric vehicle to a grid-connected power source capable of recharging the vehicle’s battery pack. The individual connectors of the Charging Station are referred to as ports. Each charging station can charge one or more vehicles depending on the number of ports of which the unit is equipped.
Charging Equipment. The equipment that encompass all the components needed to convert, control, and transfer electricity from the grid to the vehicle for purpose of charging batteries and may include chargers, controllers, couplers, transformers, ventilation, etc. Charging Station. Location that houses the charging equipment that is connected to a utility’s high voltage service, to provide electricity to a vehicle’s battery system through a charging interface. Code. A legal requirement. Contract/Agreement. The agreement binding upon Agency and Contractor to which these Specifications apply.

  • Equipment The Fund shall obtain and maintain at its own cost and expense all equipment and services, including but not limited to communications services, necessary for it to utilize the Software and obtain access to the System, and Custodian shall not be responsible for the reliability or availability of any such equipment or services.

  • Facilities and Equipment Except as set forth herein, Consultant shall, at its sole cost and expense, provide all facilities and equipment that may be necessary to perform the services required by this Agreement. City shall make available to Consultant only the facilities and equipment listed in this section, and only under the terms and conditions set forth herein. City shall furnish physical facilities such as desks, filing cabinets, and conference space, as may be reasonably necessary for Consultant’s use while consulting with City employees and reviewing records and the information in possession of the City. The location, quantity, and time of furnishing those facilities shall be in the sole discretion of City. In no event shall City be obligated to furnish any facility that may involve incurring any direct expense, including but not limited to computer, long-distance telephone or other communication charges, vehicles, and reproduction facilities.
