Event Partner definition

Event Partner means the company, organization, entity or person entering into this Agreement, as listed on the Event Partner Contract.
Event Partner has the meaning given to it in Annexure A (Glossary) of Schedule 8 (Services Specifications).
Event Partner means any official partner of or to the Event as appointed by the Corporation;

Examples of Event Partner in a sentence

  • The Registration Fee may be discounted by the Organiser in respect of official Event Partner Charities, and the Registration Fee may be subject to promotional offers from time to time.

  • Your access to streams and recordings of Live Events may also be subject to, and you agree to comply with, the terms and conditions of Live Event Partners, which shall be made available by such Live Event Partner.

  • If Event Partner violates subsection (d) hereof, it will be assessed an early breakdown fee of $500 and may be denied booth space access at future events.

  • Emerald shall notify the Event Partner of the circumstances constituting a Force Majeure Event as soon as practicable.

  • At the close of Event, if Event Partner desires to arrange shipment of its exhibit materials by its own carrier, it should submit a bill of lading for pick-up and inform Event’s authorized contractor of its arrangements.

  • Without limitation to the foregoing, Event Partner acknowledges and agrees that services provided to Event Partner by the Facility’s and/or Emerald’s mandated, official or recommended contractors are the subject of a separate agreement between Event Partner and the relevant contractor(s).

  • Event Partner acknowledges and agrees that, in light of the Fees, the provisions of this Section 12 are no more than reasonable to protect Emerald as the organizer of the Event.

Event Partner means the legal entity identified on the relevant Event Page as the legal entity selling, in its own name and own behalf, a Hospitality Package and becoming party of the Sales
