Any official correspondence from the University to the Bargaining Unit shall be directed to the Bargaining Unit President. Any official correspondence from the Bargaining Unit to the University shall be addressed to the Associate Vice President, Human Resources, or someone specifically designated by the Associate Vice President, Human Resources, unless otherwise stated in this Agreement.

Members of the family forming part of the official's household who travel with him and present satisfactory evidence of identity shall be similarly treated. No such official shall require a visa for entry into Sweden.

  • KEY OFFICIALS A. Key officials are essential to ensure maximum coordination and communications between the parties and the work being performed. They are:
