Event Redemption Amount definition

Event Redemption Amount means [insert amount per Note].
Event Redemption Amount means an amount per Note determined by the Calculation Agent in accordance with the provisions specified for the determination of the Event Redemption Amount in the Final Terms.

  • The Credit Event Redemption Amount may be less than the nominal amount of a Note.

  • The Issuer shall give not more than 30 nor less than 15 days' notice (or such other number of days as may be provided in the Applicable Supplement or agreed by the Trustee) to the Secured Creditors (which notice shall be irrevocable) of the date on which payment of the Credit Event Redemption Amount will be made to the Noteholders or delivery will be made to the Noteholders of the Reference Securities (as defined in the Applicable Supplement), as the case may be.

  • The Applicable Supplement shall specify the basis for calculation of the amount (the "Credit Event Redemption Amount") payable upon redemption of the Notes in accordance with this Condition 7(b)(iii) which shall be determined by the Determination Agent.

  • If the Bank has not received a Securityholder Physical Settlement Election Notice by 5.00 p.m., London time on the day which is the thirtieth calendar day following the Credit Event Notice Date, within five Business Days following the Valuation Date the Calculation Agent, acting on behalf of the Bank, will pay to the Securityholders (in accordance with the conditions of the Securities) the Credit Event Redemption Amount determined on the Valuation Date.

  • The Credit Event Redemption Amount may be less than the principal amount of a Security.

  • If "Option B" is specified as applicable in relation to the "CDS Event Redemption Amount" in the applicable Pricing Supplement, by multiplying the outstanding notional amount of the Relevant Portion of the Note (or the whole Note, as relevant) by the " Recovery Rate", and adding/subtracting (as applicable) any hedging costs.

  • Following the giving of a CDS Event Notice in respect of the Parallel Credit Reference Entity, the Redemption Amount payable in respect of the Notes will be determined by the Calculation Agent, acting in a commercially reasonable manner: (A) if "Option A" is specified as applicable in relation to CDS Event Redemption Amount in the applicable Final Terms, by reference to the "Adjusted Fair Market Value" of the Relevant Portion (or 100 per cent.

  • The Credit Event Redemption Amount may be less than the principal amount of such a Note.

  • Following a Credit Event, the Notes may be redeemed other than on the scheduled maturity date by payment of the Credit Event Redemption Amount.

Related to Event Redemption Amount

  • Final Redemption Amount means, in respect of any Note, its principal amount or such other amount as may be specified in, or determined in accordance with, the relevant Final Terms;

  • Optional Redemption Amount means the sum of (a) 120% of the then outstanding principal amount of the Debenture, (b) accrued but unpaid interest on the Debenture and (c) all liquidated damages and other amounts due in respect of the Debenture.

  • Early Redemption Amount means in respect of each Note in circumstances where such Notes are redeemed early pursuant to Conditions 7(b) or (c), the outstanding principal amount of each Note, unless otherwise specified in the Final Terms or Series Offering Document, as applicable;

  • Minimum Redemption Amount has the meaning specified in the applicable Final Terms;

  • Redemption Amount means, as appropriate, the Final Redemption Amount, the Early Redemption Amount (Tax), the Optional Redemption Amount (Call), the Optional Redemption Amount (Put), the Early Termination Amount or such other amount in the nature of a redemption amount as may be specified in, or determined in accordance with the provisions of, the relevant Final Terms;

  • Mandatory Redemption Amount means an amount per ETP Security calculated by the Determination Agent equal to the greater of:

  • Final Redemption Date means for each Series, the final redemption date specified in the Final Terms for such Series.

  • Final Redemption Value means the Underlying Reference Value.
