Event Redemption Date definition

Event Redemption Date means the date fixed for redemption of the Notes pursuant to Section 5 [(6)] (b).
Event Redemption Date means (A) in respect of a redemption following satisfaction of Conditions to Settlement (including in circumstances where both of the Conditions to Settlement have been satisfied and an Index Event has occurred), the later of (i) the Scheduled Maturity Date and (ii) the third Business Day immediately following the date on which the Final Price is determined; and (B) in respect of a redemption following the occurrence of an Index Event only, the Scheduled Maturity Date or, if Product Condition 5 applies, the Postponed Maturity Date.
Event Redemption Date shall be the date falling three (3) months from the date of the Relevant Event Redemption Notice.

Examples of Event Redemption Date in a sentence

  • Upon the occurrence of a Dissolution Event which is continuing, the Certificates may be redeemed at the Dissolution Distribution Amount on the Dissolution Event Redemption Date, if the conditions set out in Condition 14 (Dissolution Events) are satisfied, and the Trust will be dissolved by the Trustee.

  • The Principal Paying Agent will in turn apply such amounts to pay the Dissolution Amount to the Certificateholders on the Scheduled Dissolution Date, Dissolution Event Redemption Date, Early Tax Dissolution Date or Early Dissolution Date (Trustee Call), as the case may be.

  • Where any Credit Event Redemption Amount is or would be zero then, other than for the payment of accrued interest or any other due but unpaid amounts, the Notes will be cancelled as of the Credit Event Redemption Date with no payment being due other than any final amount of accrued interest or any other due but unpaid amounts.

  • The Issuer, will redeem in whole (but not in part) the Notes that are the subject of such Put Option Notice on the Put Event Redemption Date at their principal amount together with accrued interest thereon from, and including, the preceding Interest Payment Date (or the Issue Date, if applicable) to, but excluding, the Put Event Redemption Date.Within five Business Days from occurrence of a Put Event, a Put Event Notice shall be given by the Issuer to Noteholders in accordance with Condition 16 (Notices).

  • Upon the occurrence of a Dissolution Event, the Certificates shall become due and payable at the Dissolution Distribution Amount on the Dissolution Event Redemption Date and the Issuer shall redeem the Certificates at the Dissolution Distribution Amount on the Dissolution Event Redemption Date in accordance with Condition 14 (Dissolution Events) if the Conditions set out in Condition 14 (Dissolution Events) are satisfied.

  • If a Credit Event Determination Date has occurred and Credit Linked Condition 2(b) above applies, the Issuer shall give notice (such notice a Cash Settlement Notice) to the Noteholders in accordance with Condition 8 (Notices), and, subject to these Credit Linked Conditions, in particular Credit Linked Condition 1, redeem all but not some only of the Notes, each Note being redeemed by the Issuer at the Credit Event Redemption Amount on the Credit Event Redemption Date.

  • Upon the occurrence of a Dissolution Event, the Certificates may be redeemed at the Dissolution Distribution Amount on the Dissolution Event Redemption Date and the Trustee may be required to dissolve the Trust, in each case as more particularly described in Condition 12 (Dissolution Events).

  • The applicable Final Terms will specify a CDS Event Redemption Date for Parallel Credit Linkage which may differ from the CDS Event Redemption Date specified in respect of the Reference Entities.

  • The applicable Final Terms will specify whether the Relevant Portion of the Notes will redeem (and the Redemption Amount will, subject to further adjustment, be payable) on (i) the originally scheduled Maturity Date of the Notes or (ii) the date falling three Business Days after the date on which payments would be settled under a notional credit derivative transaction referencing the Reference Entity (the "CDS Event Redemption Date").


More Definitions of Event Redemption Date

Event Redemption Date with respect to any Trigger Event, means such date selected by the Company that is not less than 10 days or more than 20 days after, the Final Surrender Date with respect to such Trigger Event.

Related to Event Redemption Date

  • Final Redemption Date means for each Series, the final redemption date specified in the Final Terms for such Series.

  • Optional Redemption Date shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6(a).

  • Early Redemption Date means the date on which the Notes become due and payable pursuant to Condition 9;

  • Optional Redemption Notice Date shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6(a).

  • Optional Redemption Pricing Date means a Valuation Date on which a Redemption Order is determined to be valid and accepted by or on behalf of the Issuer in accordance with the terms of the LS Operating Procedures Agreement.

  • Mandatory Redemption Date means, in respect of a Mandatory Redemption Event, the date designated as such in accordance with Condition 8.7.

  • Optional Redemption Amount means the sum of (a) 120% of the then outstanding principal amount of the Debenture, (b) accrued but unpaid interest on the Debenture and (c) all liquidated damages and other amounts due in respect of the Debenture.
