Evolving Gold US means Evolving Gold Corp., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Corporation incorporated under the laws of Nevada;

  • IOSCO means the International Organisation of Securities Commissions.

The copper Loop includes attached electronics using time division multiplexing technology, but does not include packet switching capabilities.

For the purposes of issues regarding Spectrum Compatibility, service degradation means the failure to meet the Bit Error Ratio (BER) and Signal-to-Noise Ratio (SNR) margin requirements defined for the specific transmission system for all Loop lengths, model Loops, or loss values within the requirements for the specific transmission system.

  • SCI has the meaning set forth with respect thereto in the preamble. ---

  • Dynamic driving task means the same as that term is defined in Section 41-26-102.1.

  • Biofuel means liquid or gaseous fuel for transport produced from biomass;
