Exception Entry definition

Exception Entry means an ACH Entry that does not match an authorized ACH Entry posted by Company to the Authorized Account in accordance with Section 7 below.
Exception Entry means an ACH Entry that is blocked or filtered as provided in Schedule A (attached to this Appendix).

Examples of Exception Entry in a sentence

  • The Pay Request shall identify each Exception Entry that Company desires to be paid and shall instruct Bank to pay such Exception Entry.

  • Where Company has selected the pay default option to apply to an Authorized Account, Bank may finally pay and charge to the Authorized Account any Exception Entry provided that Company has not objected to such payment in a timely Return Request.

  • Bank shall have no responsibility for any liability, loss or damage resulting from: (i) payment of any Exception Entry that is unauthorized; (ii) the return of any Exception Entry to the Originator in accordance with this section; or (iii) Company’s failure to meet Bank’s established deadlines.

  • Where Company has selected the return default option to apply to an Authorized Account, Bank shall return to the Originator any Exception Entry, unless Company instructs Bank to pay such Entry in a timely Pay Request.

  • Bank shall return to the depositary bank any Exception Entry that Company instructs Bank to return as provided above.

  • Bank shall finally pay and charge to the Authorized Account any Exception Entry that Company directs Bank to pay as provided above.

  • Exception: Entry doors to acute care hospital bedrooms for inpatients shall be exempted from the requirement in 521 CMR 26.6, Maneuvering Clearance if the door opening is at least 44 inches (44" = 1118mm) wide.

  • A Return Request shall identify each Exception Entry that Company desires not to pay and shall instruct Bank to return the Exception Entry.

  • Client must review the Exception Entries provided by Bank each Business Day via ONPointe and notify Bank before the ACH Positive Pay Decision Deadline posted on the ONPointe website whether to pay or return each Exception Entry.

  • We may rely upon the accuracy and validity of any Exception Entry or decision, purported to be initiated by you to us, and shall not be liable for any costs or damages incurred by you or any other person in connection with any unauthorized Entries or Exception Entry decisions.

  • Anchor location means the physical location from which:

  • CONSTRUCTION EQUIPMENT means all appliances and equipment of whatsoever nature for the use in or for the execution, completion operation or maintenance of the work unless intended to form part of permanent work.

  • Rig means the vessel described in Recital (A) hereto and includes any share or interest therein and her engines, machinery, boats, tackle, outfit, spare gear, fuel, consumable or other stores, belongings and appurtenances whether on board or ashore and whether now owned or hereafter acquired (but excluding therefrom any leased equipment owned by third parties);

  • Design-build entity means a corporation, limited liability company, partnership, joint venture, or other legal entity that is able to provide appropriately licensed contracting, architectural, and engineering services as needed pursuant to a design-build contract.

  • Title Objection shall have the meaning assigned thereto in Section 8.5.

  • Co-location means the use of an existing tower or structure to support antennae for the provision of wireless services. A replacement tower that is constructed on the same site as an existing tower will be considered a co-location as long as the new tower is no taller than the old tower and that the old tower is removed in a reasonable short time frame after the new tower is constructed.

  • Interconnection equipment means a group of components or an integrated system owned and operated by the interconnection customer that connects an electric generator with a local electric power system, as that term is defined in Section 3.1.6.2 of IEEE Standard 1547, or with the electric distribution system. Interconnection equipment is all interface equipment including switchgear, protective devices, inverters or other interface devices. Interconnection equipment may be installed as part of an integrated equipment package that includes a generator or other electric source.

  • Warehouse receipt means a document of title issued by a person engaged in the business of storing goods for hire.

  • DRIVER / OPERATOR means an individual possessing sound mental and physical health who must be in possession of an appropriate professional Driving License and

  • Conditional Access means control mechanisms, data structures and commands that scramble and encrypt signals in order to provide selective access and denial of specific channels, data, information or services to paying Subscribers.

  • Operational Acceptance means the acceptance by the Procuring Entity of the Facilities (or any part of the Facilities where the Contract provides for acceptance of the Facilities in parts), which certifies the Contractor's fulfillment of the Contract in respect of Functional Guarantees of the Facilities (or the relevant part thereof) in accordance with the provisions of GCC Clause 28 (Functional Guarantees) hereof and shall include deemed acceptance in accordance with GCC Clause 25 (Commissioning and Operational Acceptance) hereof.

  • Removal Notice shall have the meaning specified in Section 2.07(b).

  • Functional Acknowledgement means an acknowledgement Message by the receiving party’s computer software application which automatically confirms the receipt of a Message at the moment of receipt;

  • Owner/Operator means a requirement applies to the owner and/or operator of a TRU or TRU gen set, as determined by agreement or contract between the parties if the two are separate business entities.

  • AOA means the American Osteopathic Association.

  • Airport Ground Support Equipment means vehicles and equipment used at an airport to service aircraft between flights.

  • Delivery Location means the Supplier's premises or other location where the Services are to be supplied, as set out in the Order;

  • Delivery Site means the places specified in the Delivery Schedule for the purpose of Delivery or Installation of the Supplies and Services, or any other places nominated by the Engineer and notified in writing to the Contractor;

  • Project Location means the points or areas designated as such on Exhibit A and located on the ground by reference to points, stations, natural land features, improvements, or area boundary signs. STATE means the Oregon Department of Forestry, State Forester, or a duly Authorized Representative of the State Forester.
