Excess Accrued Net Interest Amount definition

Excess Accrued Net Interest Amount means, as of any date of determination, the excess of accrued interest on the Bonds over the sum of the accrued interest on the Class A Certificates for each prior day in any Accrual Period. This definition is used in establishing the Maximum Reset Rate where all the Bonds are fixed rate bonds after the excess amount is converted to an interest rate related to the Class A Certificates as provided in the definition of Excess Accrued Net Interest Amount Rate. The calculation of Excess Accrued Net Interest Amount is determined as (i) the aggregate amount of interest calculated at the applicable Bond Rate on the Outstanding Bond Balance of each related Bond for each preceding day in the Accrual Period over (ii) the sum of the aggregate amount of interest calculated at the applicable Reset Rate on the Aggregate Outstanding Class A Certificate Balance for each such day (whether or not distributed to Holders).
Excess Accrued Net Interest Amount means, as of any date of determination, the excess of accrued interest on the Assets over the sum of the accrued interest on the Class A Certificates for each prior day in any Accrual Period. This definition is used in establishing the Maximum Reset Rate where all the Assets are fixed rate after the excess amount is converted to an interest rate related to the Class A Certificates as provided in the definition of Excess Accrued Net Interest Amount Rate. The calculation of Excess Accrued Net Interest Amount is determined as (i) the aggregate amount of interest calculated at the applicable Asset Rate on the Outstanding Asset Balance of each related Asset for each preceding day in the Accrual Period over (ii) the sum of the aggregate amount of interest calculated at the applicable Reset Rate on the Aggregate Outstanding Class A Certificate Balance for each such day (whether or not distributed to Holders).

Related to Excess Accrued Net Interest Amount

  • Accrued Interest Amount For any Distribution Date and for any Undercollateralized Group, an amount equal to one month’s interest on the applicable Principal Deficiency Amount at the Net WAC of the applicable Loan Group, plus any interest accrued on such Undercollateralized Group remaining unpaid from prior Distribution Dates.

  • Interest Amount means, in relation to a Note and an Interest Period, the amount of interest payable in respect of that Note for that Interest Period;

  • Maximum Uncertificated Accrued Interest Deferral Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, the excess of (i) accrued interest at the Uncertificated REMIC II Pass-Through Rate applicable to REMIC II Regular Interest ZZ for such Distribution Date on a balance equal to the Uncertificated Principal Balance of REMIC II Regular Interest ZZ minus the REMIC II Overcollateralization Amount, in each case for such Distribution Date, over (ii) the aggregate amount of Uncertificated Accrued Interest for such Distribution Date on the REMIC II Regular Interests (other than REMIC II Regular Interests AA, ZZ and IO), with the rate on each such REMIC II Regular Interest (other than REMIC II Regular Interests B-1, B-2, B-3 and B-4) subject to a cap equal to the least of (x) the One-Month LIBOR Pass Through Rate for the Corresponding Certificate, (y) 11.00% per annum and (z) the Net WAC Cap Rate for the REMIC III Regular Interest the ownership of which is represented by the Corresponding Certificate for the purpose of this calculation for such Distribution Date, and with the rate on each of the REMIC II Regular Interests B-1, B-2, B-3 and B-4 subject to a cap equal to the lesser of (i) the per annum fixed rate specified in the definition of “Pass-Through Rate” for the Corresponding Certificate, and (ii) the related Net WAC Cap Rate for the REMIC III Regular Interest the ownership of which is represented by the Corresponding Certificate for the purpose of this calculation for such Distribution Date; provided, however, that solely for this purpose, the related cap with respect to each REMIC II Regular Interest (other than REMIC II Regular Interests AA, ZZ, B-1, B-2, B-3, B-4 and IO) shall be multiplied by a fraction, the numerator of which is 30 and the denominator of which is the actual number of days in the related Accrual Period.   • Advance Interest Amount means interest payable on Advances, as specified in the Servicing Agreement or Non-Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement, as applicable.

  • Daily Interest Amount means an amount calculated by multiplying the Daily Loan Balance of a Loan by the associated Daily Interest Rate on that Loan.

  • Monthly Principal Reallocation Amount means, for any Monthly Period, an amount equal to the sum of:

  • PIK Interest Amount means, in respect of any Interest Payment Date, the amount of interest accrued during an Interest Period calculated based on the PIK Interest Rate applicable during such Interest Period.

  • Group I Principal Remittance Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, the sum of the amounts described in clauses (i) through (iii) of the definition of Group I Principal Distribution Amount.

  • Group II Principal Remittance Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, the sum of the amounts described in clauses (i) through (iii) of the definition of Group II Principal Distribution Amount.

  • REMIC II Available Distribution Amount For any Distribution Date, the amount distributed from REMIC I to REMIC II on such Distribution Date in respect of the REMIC I Regular Interests.

  • Excess Interest Amount means, on any date, the amount by which (i) the amount of all interest which would have accrued prior to such date on the principal of this Note, had the applicable Contract Rate at all times been in effect without limitation by the Maximum Rate, exceeds (ii) the aggregate amount of interest accrued on this Note on or prior to such date as limited by the Maximum Rate.

  • REMIC III Available Distribution Amount For any Distribution Date, the amount distributed from REMIC II to REMIC III on such Distribution Date in respect of the REMIC II Regular Interests.

  • Class A Principal Distribution Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, the excess of (i) the aggregate Class Certificate Balances of the Class A Certificates immediately prior to such Distribution Date over (ii) the lesser of (A) 54.50% of the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans for such Distribution Date and (B) the excess, if any, of the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans for such Distribution Date over $3,608,680.

  • Class A Principal Distributable Amount means, for any Distribution Date: (A) during the Revolving Period, zero; and (B) during the Amortization Period, an amount equal to the lesser of: (i) Available Funds remaining after payment of the amounts set forth in clauses (i) through (iv) of Section 5.08(a) hereto and (ii) the Class A Note Balance; provided, however, on the Class A Stated Final Maturity Date, the Class A Principal Distributable Amount will equal the Class A Note Balance.

  • Principal Remittance Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, the sum of the Group I Principal Remittance Amount and the Group II Principal Remittance Amount.
