Excess Available Interest Amounts means, with respect to any Due Period, either (i) the portion of Series 2019-1 Available Interest Amounts, if any, available after application pursuant to Section 3.01(a)(i) through (xii) or (ii) the amounts available to the Series 2019-1 Notes from the Notes of other Series in Excess Interest Sharing Group One that the applicable Indenture Supplements specify are to be treated as “Excess Available Interest Amounts.”

  • If the aggregate Excess Available Interest Amounts for such Transfer Date is greater than the aggregate amount of Series Available Interest Amount Shortfalls for such Transfer Date, the excess shall be deemed Excess Finance Charge Collections from the Collateral Certificate and allocated in accordance with the Pooling and Servicing Agreement.
