Excess Energy Output definition

Excess Energy Output means, in the case of a Net Metered Facility, that portion of the Energy generated by the Facility in any calendar month of the Services Term that is in excess of one hundred percent (100%) of the aggregate Energy consumption by the net metering customer(s) (as defined in R.I.G.L. § 39-26.2-2) for that Net Metered Facility during that calendar month.
Excess Energy Output means any Excess Energy which is dispatched by the PSCC under a Dispatch Instruction and is subsequently delivered by the Facility to the Delivery Point.
