Excess Margin Stock definition

Excess Margin Stock means that portion, if any, of the Margin Stock owned by the Borrower and its Subsidiaries that must be excluded from the restrictions imposed by Section 7.01 and Section 7.07 in order for the value (determined in accordance with Regulation U) of the Margin Stock subject to such Sections to account for less than 25% of the aggregate value (as so determined) of all assets subject to such Sections.
Excess Margin Stock means that amount by which the value of all Margin Stock owned by the Borrower and its Subsidiaries exceeds 25% of the value of all of the Property owned by the Borrower and its Subsidiaries subject to Section 9.01.
Excess Margin Stock means Margin Stock owned by the Borrower and the Subsidiaries at any time to the extent that the aggregate Margin Stock so owned at such time has a value of more than 25% of the Consolidated Total Assets.

  • Margin Stock shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Regulation U.

  • Short Term Loan means a loan transfer for a period of no fewer than 28 days in any one season.

The Corporation may not utilize a successor index to the Kenny Index unless Moody's and S&P provide the Corporation with written confirmation that the use of such successor index will not adversely affect the then-current respective Moody's and S&P ratings of the AMPS.

  • Refinance Indebtedness has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 6.01(f).
