Excess Net Cash Flow definition

Excess Net Cash Flow is defined as earnings before interest, taxes deprecation and amortization ("EBITDA") for the relevant fiscal period less interest, taxes, capital expenses and cash payments to unsecured creditors or other classes of creditors as provided for under the Debtor's confirmed Plan; provided, however, the Excess Net Cash Flow shall be calculated without giving effect to any write-off or other income statement item resulting from the Obsolete Inventory Liquidation or the Pre-Petition Accounts Receivable Collection (both as defined in section 7.4).
Excess Net Cash Flow means, for any period, the amount, if any, of the Company’s gross revenues after the Company’s expenses, reinvestments in Assets, fees and reimbursements and reserves included in the definition ofNet Cash Flow” have been satisfied.

  • Excess Net Cash Flow Fund – This fund is available for transfer to the Renovation and Replacement Fund, and Operation and Maintenance account on Senior Reserve Fund.

More Definitions of Excess Net Cash Flow

Excess Net Cash Flow is defined as all Net Cash Flow remaining in the Owner Collection Account on any Distribution Date after the payment in full of each of the ten (10) payment categories listed in Subsection 5.1.2(b) through (k) above.
Excess Net Cash Flow means the Net Cash Flow less: (A) a $1500 annual reserve for each Unit owned by the Reorganized Debtor and any other reserve for expenses reasonably related to the Collateral; and (B) Non-WFF Sale Proceeds.

  • Net Cash Flow means, with respect to the Property for any period, the amount obtained by subtracting Operating Expenses and Capital Expenditures for such period from Gross Income from Operations for such period.
