Exchange Director definition

Exchange Director means a member of the Exchange Board nominated by an Exchange Director Nominating Member.
Exchange Director means the appointed director under section 62A.67, subdivision 16.
Exchange Director means the appointed director of the Minnesota Health Insurance Exchange under section 62U.03, subdivision 15.

Examples of Exchange Director in a sentence

  • If at any time an Exchange Director Nominating Member waives its right to nominate an Exchange Director, such Exchange Director Nominating Member shall cause its nominee then serving on the Exchange Board (if applicable) to resign from the Exchange Board no later than the next Business Day following the date on which such Exchange Director Nominating Member provides its waiver notice pursuant to this Section 8.18(c)(v).

  • Upon receiving any nomination waiver, the Company shall promptly (but no later than five (5) Business Days following receipt of such notice) notify the other Exchange Director Nominating Members in writing.
