Exchange Indentures definition

Exchange Indentures means the indentures under which the Senior Subordinated Exchange Debentures and the Additional Senior Subordinated Exchange Debentures may be issued.
Exchange Indentures means the indentures dated September 15, 1999, June 10, 1998 and October 4, 1996, between the Company, the guarantors parties thereto and The Bank of New York, as trustee, which govern the Exchange Debentures, in each case as they may be modified or amended from time to time.
Exchange Indentures means the indentures under which the Senior Subordinated Exchange Debentures were issued, and under which the Additional Senior Subordinated Exchange Debentures may be issued.

  • Operative Indentures means, as of any date, each “Indenture” (as such term is defined in the Note Purchase Agreement), including the Indenture, whether or not any other “Indenture” shall have been entered into before or after the date of the Indenture, but only if as of such date all “Equipment Notes” (as defined in each such “Indenture”) are held by the “Subordination Agent” under the “Intercreditor Agreement”, as such terms are defined in each such “Indenture”.
