Exchangeable Unit definition

Exchangeable Unit has the meaning set forth in the Exchange Agreement.
Exchangeable Unit means each Class B Unit and any other Unit designated as an Exchangeable Unit by the Company.
Exchangeable Unit means each Class B Common Unit.

  • With respect to Units surrendered in an Elective Exchange or subject to a Mandatory Exchange, the Manager shall have the right but not the obligation to have the Manager (in lieu of the Company) acquire Exchangeable Units and, if the applicable Exchangeable Units are Class C Units, an equal number of shares of Class C Common Stock held by the holder of those Class C Units, directly from an Exchangeable Unit Member for the Exchange Consideration.

More Definitions of Exchangeable Unit

Exchangeable Unit means (a) any OCGH Unit issued and outstanding on the Merger Closing Date immediately after giving effect to the Transactions and (b) any Permitted Post-Closing OCGH Units.
Exchangeable Unit means a Class A Common Unit or an Exchangeable Class B Common Unit. For the avoidance of doubt, the Class A Common Units held by the Corporation are not Exchangeable Units.
Exchangeable Unit means a Common Unit held by any member of the Titanium Family Group or any Family Transferee.
