Excluded Individuals or Entities definition

Excluded Individuals or Entities means those individuals and entities that have been placed on either the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Office of Inspectors’ General (OIG) List of Excluded Individuals/Entities or the Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) Medi-Cal Suspended and Ineligible Provider List of persons, or individuals and entities that have been convicted of a criminal offense related to involvement in any program under Medicare, Medicaid or the Title XX services program, or those individuals and entities that meet the criteria included in Title 17, Section 54311(a)(6).
Excluded Individuals or Entities means either those individuals and entities that have been placed on the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Office of Inspector General (OIG) List of Excluded Individuals/Entities and the Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) Medi- Cal Suspended and Ineligible Provider list or those individuals and entities that meet the criteria included in Section 54311(a)(6);

Examples of Excluded Individuals or Entities in a sentence

Related to Excluded Individuals or Entities

  • Covered individual means a person or entity who is a member of any of the following classes:

  • ECC means the amount calculated by Contractor for the total cost of all elements of the Work based on this Agreement available at the time(s) that the ECC is prepared. The ECC shall be based on current market rates with reasonable allowance for overhead, profit and price escalation and shall include and consider, without limitation, all alternates and contingencies, designed and specified by A/E and the cost of labor and materials necessary for installation of Owner furnished equipment. The ECC shall include all the cost elements included in the AACC, as defined above, and shall represent Contractor’s best current estimate of the Guaranteed Maximum Price it will propose for the Project based on the information then available. The ECC shall not include Contractor’s Pre-Construction Phase Fee, A/E’s Fees, the cost of the land and rights-of-way, or any other costs that are the direct responsibility of Owner.

  • Qualified individual means an individual who:
