Excluded Parts / Service means; (a) all consumables including but not limited to; batteries, light sources, door contacts;
Excluded Parts / Service means all Consumables including batteries, lamps, door contacts etc. obsolete equipment, closed protocol equipment, control equipment including DVRs, signalling equipment etc. powered access equipment including Cherry Pickers, Scissor Lifts etc. equipment damaged due to vandalism, misuse, Acts of God and Environmental issues including but not limited to, vermin, wildlife, storms, fire, flood and water damage, breach by the Customer of its obligations under this Agreement or the actions of third parties including but not limited to mains power failure and communications line faults or any activity as detailed within Clause 2.1.4.
Excluded Parts / Service means; (a) all consumables including but not limited to; batteries, light sources, door contacts; (b) obsolete equipment; (c) closed protocol equipment; (d) control equipment including panels and D/NVRs; (e) signalling equipment; (f) high level access equipment including scaffolding, lifters, cherry pickers and scissor lifts; (g) equipment damaged due to vandalism, misuse, force majeure, Acts of God and environmental issues including but not limited to, vermin, wildlife, storms, fire, flood and water damage; (h) breach by the Customer of their obligations under this Agreement and (i) the actions of third parties including but not limited to mains power failure and communications line faults.

  • Excluded Party has the meaning set forth in Section 7.4(b).

  • Excluded Employee means an employee as defined in section 3527, subd. (b) of the Government Code (Ralph C. Dills Act) except those excluded employees who are designated managerial pursuant to section 18801.1 of the Government Code.

"Service-disabled veteran" means any person who served honorably in active duty in the armed forces of the United States with at least a twenty percent (20%) disability that is service-connected, i.e., the disability was incurred or aggravated in the line of duty in the active military, naval or air service.

  • Service disabled veteran business means a business that is at least 51 percent owned by one or more service disabled veterans or, in the case of a corporation, partnership, or limited liability company or other entity, at least 51 percent of the equity ownership interest in the corporation, partnership, or limited liability company or other entity is owned by one or more individuals who are service disabled veterans and both the management and daily business operations are controlled by one or more individuals who are service disabled veterans.

  • Continuous Service means that the Participant’s service with the Company or an Affiliate, whether as an Employee, Director or Consultant, is not interrupted or terminated. A change in the capacity in which the Participant renders service to the Company or an Affiliate as an Employee, Consultant or Director or a change in the entity for which the Participant renders such service, provided that there is no interruption or termination of the Participant’s service with the Company or an Affiliate, will not terminate a Participant’s Continuous Service; provided, however, that if the Entity for which a Participant is rendering services ceases to qualify as an Affiliate, as determined by the Board, in its sole discretion, such Participant’s Continuous Service will be considered to have terminated on the date such Entity ceases to qualify as an Affiliate. To the extent permitted by law, the Board or the chief executive officer of the Company, in that party’s sole discretion, may determine whether Continuous Service will be considered interrupted in the case of (i) any leave of absence approved by the Board or chief executive officer, including sick leave, military leave or any other personal leave, or (ii) transfers between the Company, an Affiliate, or their successors. Notwithstanding the foregoing, a leave of absence will be treated as Continuous Service for purposes of vesting in an Award only to such extent as may be provided in the Company’s leave of absence policy, in the written terms of any leave of absence agreement or policy applicable to the Participant, or as otherwise required by law.

  • Service-disabled veteran means a veteran, as defined in 38 U.S.C. 101(2), with a disability that is service-connected, as defined in 38 U.S.C. 101(16).

  • Third Party Terminating Carrier means a Telecommunications Carrier to which traffic is terminated when CLEC originates traffic that is sent through AT&T-TSP’s network, i.e., CLEC is using AT&T-TSP’s Transit Traffic Service.

  • Continuous Status as an Employee means the absence of any interruption or termination of service as an Employee.
