Water Damage. The Landlord shall not be liable for any damage or injury to any persons or property caused by the leak or flow of water from or into any part of the Building.
Water Damage. Water Damage means:
a. Flood, surface water, waves, tidal water, overflow of a body of water or spray from any of these, whether or not driven by wind;
b. Water or water-borne material which backs up through sewers or drains or which over- flows or is discharged from a sump, sump pump or related equipment; or
c. Water or water-borne material below the surface of the ground, including water which exerts pressure on or seeps or leaks through a building, sidewalk, driveway, foundation, swimming pool or other struc- ture;
Water Damage. Against damage to stock fixtures and fittings for the full insurable value occurring in respect of the use or misuse of the fire sprinkler system installed within the said premises or the incursion of water therein.
Water Damage. Water Damage means:

b. Water or water-borne material which backs up through sewers or drains or which overflows or is discharged from a sump, sump pump or re- lated equipment; or
c. Water or water-borne material below the sur- face of the ground, including water which ex- erts pressure on or seeps or leaks through a building, sidewalk, driveway, foundation, swim- ming pool or other structure; caused by or resulting from human or animal forces or any act of nature. Direct loss by fire, explosion or theft resulting from water damage is covered.
Water Damage. Any damage sustained from river crossings, flooding, beach driving or contact with salt water.

Direct loss by fire, explosion or theft resulting from water damage is covered.
Water Damage. It is expressly agreed and understood by and between the parties to this lease, that the Landlord shall not be liable for any damage or injury by water which may be sustained by the Tenant or other persons or for any other damage or injury resulting from the carelessness, negligence or improper conduct on the part of Tenant or its agents or employees or by reason of the breakage, leakage or obstruction of the water, sewer, or soil pipes or other leakage in or about the Premises.
Water Damage. The Insurer shall pay for loss to “insured property” damaged by water, including salvage expense, as a direct result of a “breakdown” to any refrigerating or air conditioning vessels and piping.
Water Damage. We do not pay for loss which results from the following:
a. flood, surface water, waves, tidal water, overflow of a body of water, or spray, all whether driven by wind or not;
b. water which backs up through or overflows from sewers, drains, or sumps; or
c. water below the surface of the ground. This includes water which exerts pressure on, or seeps or leaks through or into a building, sidewalk, driveway, foundation, swimming pool, or other structure.
