Executed Master Agreements definition

Executed Master Agreements means the following existing and fully executed ISDA Master Agreements currently in effect between the Board and the respective counterparty noted below (copies of which are attached hereto as Exhibit C):

Related to Executed Master Agreements

  • Interconnection Agreement means the Agreement between the Parties entitled “Interconnection Agreement Under §§251 and 252 of the Telecommunications Act of 1996,” dated July 16, 1996.

  • Relevant Funding Agreements means the agreement or agreements entered into by the Company and the Secretary of State under section 1 of the Academies Act 2010 for the establishment of each Academy, including any variation or supplemental agreements thereof;

  • Master Services Agreement means the master services agreement dated as of the date hereof, among the Service Providers, the Partnership, the Holding LP, the Holding Entities and others;

  • ISDA Master Agreement An ISDA Master Agreement (Multicurrency-Cross Border) in the form published by ISDA in 1992 including the schedule thereto.

  • SCM Agreement means the Agreement on Subsidies and Countervailing Measures in Annex 1A to the WTO Agreement;

  • Letter of Intent means the intimation by a Post/Fax/email to the tenderer that the tender has been accepted in accordance with provisions contained in the letter. The responsibility of the contractor commences from the date of issue of this letter and all terms and conditions of the contract are applicable from this date.
