Execution Specialist definition

Execution Specialist means a SEF employee responsible for assisting Participants and Sponsored Participants (and any of their Supervised Persons) in entering on the SEF Orders and Transactions and receiving reports of Uncleared Block Trades.
Execution Specialist means an employee of the Company that assists Participants and Sponsored Access Firms with entering Orders in the Order Book, issuing and responding to RFQs, reporting Block Trades, communicating Indications of Interest and effecting Permitted Transactions in accordance with these Rules.

Examples of Execution Specialist in a sentence

  • Upon receipt by the Execution Specialist of an actionable firm bid or offer in response to a Voice RFQ from a Voice RFQ recipient, the Execution Specialist shall communicate to the Voice RFQ requester any bid or offer pertaining to the same Swap resting on the CLOB together with such response, and shall provide the Voice RFQ requester with the ability to execute against any such Orders.

  • Upon receipt by the Execution Specialist of a response to a Voice RFQ that is not a firm bid or offer from a Voice RFQ recipient, the Execution Specialist shall communicate such response to the Voice RFQ requester.

  • Each Authorized User may, through an Execution Specialist, initiate a Voice RFQ for Required Transactions or Permitted Transactions.

  • The Execution Specialist will transmit the Voice RFQ to at least three unaffiliated Voice RFQ recipients (which transmission the Execution Specialist may initially make to other Execution Specialists acting for such recipients) for one-sided (bid or offer) or two-sided (both bid and offer) quotes for a particular Swap for a specified notional amount.

  • A Voice RFQ requester and/or its Execution Specialist may select one or more Voice RFQ recipients eligible to receive such Voice RFQ.

  • A Participant submitting a Permitted Cross Transaction to an Execution Specialist must provide the information required by Rule 8001.

  • Permitted Cross Transactions may be communicated to an Execution Specialist via telephone and/or via electronic modes of communication such as email and instant message.

  • Any affected Participant or Sponsored Participant shall continue to have access to the SEF by means of an Execution Specialist, unless such access is denied in accordance with the procedures set forth in Rule 3103 or elsewhere in the SEF Rules.

  • The Company shall review each possible violation of this Rule 1002(b) in light of all the facts and circumstances, including whether any errors or delays were caused by the Company or any Execution Specialist.

  • Orders, including Orders for Required Cross Transactions and Permitted Cross Transactions, may be entered into the Order Book for execution either (i) directly by any Participant that has established direct connectivity to the SEF’s Order Management System, or (ii) by an Execution Specialist acting on the instruction of a Participant.

  • Engineer’s Representative means the official in the civil/ electrical engineering department who is authorized to be in-charge of the work to which these presents relate. It shall include any other official nominated to attend to the supervision of day to day execution of the work to which this CONTRACT relates.

  • Benefits Specialist means a specialized position that would primarily be responsible for coordinating Client applications and appeals for State and Federal benefits.

  • Clinical nurse specialist means a registered nurse with relevant post-basic qualifications and 12 months’ experience working in the clinical area of his/her specified post-basic qualification, or a minimum of four years’ post-basic registration experience, including three years’ experience in the relevant specialist field and who satisfies the local criteria.

  • Housing Specialist means a specialized position dedicated to developing the full array of housing options for their program and monitoring their sustainability for the population served in accordance with the minimal housing standards policy set by County for their program. The Housing Specialist is also responsible for assisting Participants with applications to low- income housing, housing subsidies, senior housing, etc.

  • Medical Specialist means any medical practitioner who is vocationally registered by the Medical Council under the Health Practitioners Competence Assurance Act 2003 in one of the approved branches of medicine and who is employed in either that branch of medicine or in a similar capacity with minimal oversight.

  • Peer support specialist means an individual who has experienced a severe and persistent mental illness and who has successfully completed standardized training to provide peer support services through the medical assistance program or the Iowa Behavioral Health Care Plan.

  • Radiation safety officer means an individual who has the knowledge and responsibility to apply appropriate radiation protection regulations and has been assigned such responsibility by the licensee or registrant.

  • Contractor’s Representative means the individual authorised to act on behalf of the Contractor for the purposes of the Contract. The initial Contractor’s representative is as indicated in the Form of Agreement.

  • Invasive species means an alien species whose introduction does or is likely to cause economic or environmental harm or harm to human health.

  • Geotechnical engineer means a Professional Engineer whose principal field of specialization is the design and Construction of earthworks in a permafrost environment.

  • Procurement Representative means the person authorized by ULA’s cognizant procurement organization to administer and/or execute this Contract.

  • Professional Engineer or Professional Certificated Engineer means a person holding registration as either a Professional Engineer or Professional Certificated Engineer in terms of the Engineering Profession Act, 2000 (Act No. 46 of 2000);

  • Certified pharmacy technician or “certified technician” means an individual who holds a valid current national certification and who has registered with the board as a certified pharmacy technician.
