Upon receipt by the Execution Specialist of an actionable firm bid or offer in response to a Voice RFQ from a Voice RFQ recipient, the Execution Specialist shall communicate to the Voice RFQ requester any bid or offer pertaining to the same Swap resting on the CLOB together with such response, and shall provide the Voice RFQ requester with the ability to execute against any such Orders.
Upon receipt by the Execution Specialist of a response to a Voice RFQ that is not a firm bid or offer from a Voice RFQ recipient, the Execution Specialist shall communicate such response to the Voice RFQ requester.
