Executive Committee Member definition

Executive Committee Member means a member of the Executive Committee;

Executive Committee Member means an employee of the Company who serves as a member of the Company’s executive committee, as determined by the Chief Executive Officer from time to time.

Executive Committee Member means an individual who is elected to the executive committee in accordance with the procedure set out in Article VI.

More Definitions of Executive Committee Member

Executive Committee Member means a member of the board of directors of the Issuer who is appointed and elected to serve on the Executive Committee, in accordance with the terms hereof.
